MS-Just Keep Moving’s gym in Waukesha brings together a thriving community of people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), caregivers, and volunteers, all working towards improving their quality of life through love, consistent physical exercise, education, and fellowship.
MS-Just Keep Moving, Inc. participates in, contributes to, utilizes, and accelerates research to improve overall function through movement.
To “Just Keep Moving,” we promote a healthy, active lifestyle for people of all ability levels, exercising body, mind, and spirit, using adaptive equipment, education, and emotional support.

From humble beginnings in 2013, a half dozen friends with MS and four volunteers came to the Wisconsin Metal Parts, Inc. corporate gym every Wednesday & Friday morning in hopes of slowing MS progression while retaining & even increasing mobility through physical activity. The mantra was “Keep moving anything that moves… start with your strengths” along with “Consistency is key.” Through consistency, we saw positive results. As word spread, the number of friends with MS increased, our volunteer base increased, the amount of equipment increased and our footprint increased to become this non-traditional beautiful gym it is today. The beauty is in the people that come here.
We now average 15-20 volunteers who help 20-50 people with MS every day the gym is open. We have over 150 friends with MS across the nation on our weekly e-mails.

We Need You! Compassionate volunteers allow us to keep our programs free to our friends with MS. Their dedication each week is invaluable to our mission and we appreciate every minute they spend with us. Our warriors with MS are inspiring, full of good humor and fun. Please consider joining us. We will provide training and support… all we need is you.
MS-Just Keep Moving would not function without the generosity of our many volunteers. It is volunteers who assist people in the gym and on outdoor bike rides. They facilitate prayer and caregiver groups. Some repair bicycles and exercise machines. Others keep things clean. We are grateful and proud of them all.
